My name is Kari and I created this blog to grow a community of people that are striving to live a healthier lifestyle. I’ve found along my fitness journey that the poor eating choices I made had an effect on my gut health, and in turn, affected the rest of my health.
I’ve found solutions that work for me, and this blog is focused on helping others find solutions that work for them, whether the goal is losing weight, making healthier choices, finding a workout program, or being conscious of wellness, I want to help as many people as possible achieve these goals.

My belief is simple:
Your wellness journey never ends, your goals just change along the way
We can reach those by stopping excuses
